Yes, come and take a seat and your practitioner will come and greet you at your appointment time.

Please contact your practitioner directly to let them know you will not be able to attend. They will have their own cancellation policy and most require 48 hours notice or you may be charged for your missed appointment.

To access the building there is a small step up to enter the building. Once inside there is a second step to access the ground floor therapy rooms. Our doors are narrow and cannot accommodate standard size wheelchairs. Our toilets are situated on the second floor which is accessed with stairs and hand rail. Some practitioners also work on the second and third floor. Please contact your practitioner for further details. We have electric treatment couches which have a maximum weight limit or 32 stone/203 kg. If you are over the weight capacity please email us before booking an appointment to discuss how we can best accommodate you.

Yes, all of our practitioners are fully qualified and insured. We do not accept practitioners who have done short courses. All practitioners must have trained to the highest level in their chosen field.

Yes. Our physiotherapist, podiatrist, acupuncturists and chiropractor will write you a receipt for healthcare cash plans. You must make sure before you commence treatment with us that your insurance plan covers you. With healthcare cash plans, the patient pays the therapist directly and takes a receipt which they later submit to the insurance company for reimbursment. You can also get acupuncture with some larger health insurance plans. These are usually with a GP / consultant referral and once accepted we will invoice your insurance company directly.
