Acupuncture
We are proud that all our acupuncturists are British Acupuncture Council (BAcC) members and Professional Standard Authority (PSA) accredited. BAcC members have a degree in acupuncture studying both traditional and medical acupuncture and are the only group of fully trained acupuncturists who can be referred to by other private or NHS healthcare professionals. The Ambry Clinic is committed to exceptionally high standards of acupuncture and treatments with us are covered by most private medical insurers. If you are not sure which acupuncturist to book with, please email The Ambry Clinic with a brief summary of the problem and we will advise which of the team is most suited to you.

Podiatry

Podiatrists are HCPC regulated, have trained to the highest standard of podiatric medicine and are registered as members of the Royal College of Podiatry.  An appointment with our expert podiatrist will help you towards enjoying comfortable and healthy feet.

Podiatrists specialise in treating and preventing a wide range of foot problems, including general foot care, diabetic foot care, verruca advice, nail surgery, heel and foot pain. Many of our patients come for straightforward podiatry, but we also complete footcare for those with medically vulnerable feet, perhaps for those with diabetes or at risk of ulceration.

All our instruments undergo rigorous cleaning and are vacuum sterilised in sealed pouches prior to use, as demanded by our medical College and the HCPC.

She supports pregnancy-related pain, postnatal recovery, C-section rehabilitation, pelvic floor dysfunction, bladder and bowel symptoms, prolapse, menopausal changes, hip and back pain, joint pain, and long-term pelvic pain, including conditions such as Endometriosis, Polycystic ovary syndrome, and Adenomyosis.

Treatment may include hands-on therapy, joint mobilisation, acupuncture, clinical massage (including pregnancy, scar, and sports massage), pelvic floor rehabilitation, and practical advice to support recovery. All care is delivered in a professional, supportive environment, examinations are offered only when appropriate and always with consent.

Reflexology

Reflexology uses the feet's intricate map of the body to bring gentle, restorative attention to key areas, promoting balance, deep relaxation and overall wellbeing. Drawing on principles from traditional Chinese medicine and Western Zone Theory, modern reflexology is a soothing, non-invasive therapy that supports the body's natural ability to restore equilibrium.

Each foot contains thousands of nerve endings, making it highly responsive to gentle, targeted pressure. By stimulating specific reflex points, reflexology encourages healthy circulation, helps calm the nervous system and supports the body's natural processes, promoting a greater sense of ease and wellbeing.
